Garlic, Ginger, and Herb Roasted Half Chicken

This flavorful roasted half chicken recipe has an array of spices that tease the taste buds. I demonstrate how to properly cut a whole chicken in half in the video below. If you cannot find already fabricated chicken halves and you don’t wish to fabricate the chicken yourself, supermarket whole quartered chicken or four prepackaged large leg and thigh portions can be substituted. Cooking times will vary using these smaller portions of chicken so adjust the time accordingly.
